FinTech Application Trade Support

SoHo Dragon represents an investment bank with offices in New York, NY that needs to hire a hands-on FIX Onboarding and Production Support Specialist. The ideal candidate should have strong technical background with experience working with FIX Protocol and troubleshooting associated technical issues.

5 days onsite to start but will evolve into hybrid 4/1 after 3 months.

Main responsibility will be working with clients to onboard them into the FIX trading platform and provide ongoing support to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

* Work with clients as well Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings to meet their needs.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related with FIX connectivity, Onboarding , working with Internal as well External team if required.

* Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that FIX onboarding and Production support are in line with the Business objectives.

* Maintain accurate records of Clients Onboarding and production support activities and update knowledge base/wiki on regular basis.

* Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems, or vice versa

* Co-ordinate the release of new applications and FIX configurations and enhancements with external clients

Skills:

* Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with ability to strong relationship with clients and internal stake holders.

* Min 5+ years' experience working with FIX protocols with deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.

* Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Attention to details and ability to maintain accurate records.

* Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Education:

* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
