Job Description
Mission:
JobNimbus is looking for a FinTech Onboarding Specialist to help scale and provide a thorough and easy onboarding experience for our customers for our FinTech products. The majority of your time will be spent onboarding new payments customers, customizing each interaction and onboarding to provide them with training, and coaching them on the most effective ways to use JobNimbus Payments and Financing for their business.
What youโll be doing:
- Hosting Payments Onboarding meetings for logos sold at POS to go deeper into how payments work and train more thoroughly on the Payments Portal and other payment capabilities
- Hosting Payments Onboarding meetings for logos sold at Expansion to ensure a quick turnaround to processing
- ENP (Enrolled, Not Processing) motion to follow up with previously onboarded logos who have not processed to ensure understanding of not only the JNP platform, but JN as a whole
- Optimization of the JobNimbus Payments Onboarding experience, inclusive of, but not limited to scheduling, content, optimal time of outreach to ENP
- Dispositioning and discovery around non-processing reasons
- Additional one-off projects as needed
What makes you the hero for this job?
- 1-3 years of experience in training, onboarding, or customer success
- 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, financing or related field
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus
- Self-driven - Ability to recognize areas of need and take initiative.
- Customer Obsessed - Our customers greatly benefit from payments and other ancillary services and this role will be key in helping unlock additional benefits and value for our customers
- Extreme Ownership - Know your number, and strive daily to achieve the goal
