Job Description

The Strategic Partnerships Lead will be in charge of working with all banks and fintech infrastructure partners to unlock new or better functionalities to integrate in the Aspire Account. This includes new features coming from products which require partner infrastructure support, new customer segments which we want to serve and are not currently supported, and more. The role has end-to-end ownership from meeting new potential partners, closing commercials, and continuing to build relationships with them to let the partnership thrive.

Responsibilities

Work intensively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company
Establish strong, long-term relationships with core banking partners (bank or fintech),
Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks
Liaison with card partners
Achieve assigned strategic objectives
Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet clients needs
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts

Requirements

Advance knowledge of tech/startups
2-3 years of proven work experience in a fintech company is a must
Strong relationship and people skills
Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
Positive & get-it-done attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships with core partners
