As a Firm Support Specialist at FORVIS, you will provide support and assistance to all employees and partners of FORVIS and perform a variety of administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the market or office team.
How you will contribute:
- Establishing and maintaining a rapport with internal clients and vendors
- Assist with restocking supplies and facilities support
- Support for other FSS team members
- Formatting and editing Microsoft Word and Excel document content provided by the engagement teams
- Ensuring documents are satisfactorily and consistently prepared and participate in a review process to incorporate feedback
- Receptionist, as needed
- General administrative office duties (mail, file, copy, bind, lunches, meeting set up, etc.)
- Occasional errands (post office, etc.)
- Correspondence and other administrative assistance/support for partners and managers

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong aptitude for learning new software, systems, and processes in support of varying operational responsibilities
- Two+ years of related experience in a professional office environment
- Intermediate proofreading and editing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in a related field
- Three+ years of related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Advanced proofreading and editing skills
