Firmware Sales Associate

Luxor is a global leader in Bitcoin mining solutions offering a suite of services such as a Mining Pool ASIC firmware via LuxOS an ASIC brokerage desk Hashrate Derivatives markets and a cutting-edge data platform Hashrate Index. We are the fastest growing after-market firmware for a number of the most popular ASICs in the mining industry as such as we are looking for an individual to join the sales team to cover the China market. This is a fully remote position based in China with occasional travel requirements reporting directly to the Director of Business Development for firmware.

Requirements:

• 3 years of professional experience in the crypto mining space

• 2 years of experience working with firmware (ASICs or otherwise).

• 2 years of experience working in software or firmware sales or business development.

• Advanced understanding of mining pool software power markets energy infrastructure data center infrastructure and shipping logistics including insurance and tariffs.

• Ability to travel globally and multiple times per quarter.

• Ability to speak Mandarin fluently and English professionally

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with mining operations and operators located across the globe and onboard them onto Luxor Firmware. Lead outbound discovery setting up initial calls contract negotiations and onboarding.

• Help provide support and tips on how operators can best use LuxOS to improve their operations.

• Collaborate and communicate with internal technical teams and stakeholders to expand and iterate on LuxOS with the goal of creating a best in class solution.
