First Mile Ground Ops Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve hygiene performance targets by overseeing the performance of all region
• Closely monitoring the performance milestones and working collaboratively with regional pickup managers
• Strengthen the quality of couriers in all region by evaluating the couriers performance and conditions together with regional pickup managers
• Evaluate and review current station capacities based on volume forecast and propose whether opening station are necessary by considering alternative costs and network
• Monitoring the realisation of vehicle utilisation by doing upgrade, sharing and release
• Monitoring the the CPP realisation for each region and suggest for improvement points

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in any major related
• Having minimum experience 3 years in the same role such as Ground Ops especially First Mile Scope, Area Manager or Regional Manager
• Having strong leadership and experience to manage more than 100 people in the Ground or Blue Collars
• Understand basic process flow of first mile/pickups activities
• Willing to have flexible time to work (nights and weekend)
• Having experience in providing disciplinary actions for both white and blue collars for bad performances
• Having good mindset in cost optimisation but at the same time delivering exceptional services
• Having experience in managing various stakeholders for both internal and external (i.e., partnership principles and major sellers)
