OCCUPATION: Material Control Clerk - FLA Coordinator I DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing

Summary:

To ensure the accuracy of weights of product throughout the production operations. Reports directly to the Shipping and Packaging Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in the use of computers/Microsoft Excel, Access and Materion computer systems.
• Must pay close attention to detail, accuracy, weight losses or gains, material description and lot numbers. Time management skills, problem solving skills, accuracy skills and attention to details are Critical.
• Responsible for creating/processing purchase orders and work order packs and entering in Microsoft Access database then distributing to manufacturing.
• Responsible for processing SAP transactions for weights on all orders and shipping to outside vendors and Far East locations and/ or direct to customers.
• Responsible for SAP transactions and creating deliveries for all final product shipping direct to customers including entering in Inspection Database in SAP and creating Material Certifications.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative skills such as excellent organizational, communication ( written and verbal ) and cross-functional adaptability required.
• Must be proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Excel, etc.
• Ability to enter large volume orders in Microsoft Access timely and accurately.
• SAP and administrative manufacturing skills preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines and on time delivery goals.
• Ability to work independently and/or in team setting.
• Ability to work, understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong accuracy skills and attention to details required.
• Strong math skills required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule/hours depending on business needs/as necessary.
• Dedication required to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and specifications.
• Perform duties with highest regard for safety, accuracy, attention to details and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness/housekeeping procedures of work area and equipment required.

"The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
