Main Purpose of the Role

▪Ensure a good level of service to RCM Distribution Department

▪Ensure a good level of service to Operational teams

▪Guarantee the good fleet flow

▪Ensure logistic movements

Key Areas of Responsability

▪Responsible for logistic movements at national level

▪Extraction of reports in the Logistic tool to control logistic activities

▪Extraction of daily reports in BI

▪Realization/formatting of distribution reports

▪Daily Invoice

▪De fleet process control in order to achieve the targets

▪Blocking vehicles control

▪Vehicle live circle control according fleet defined parameters

▪Support Emobg projects in which RCM is involved

▪Serve as a 'bridge between others departments

▪Continuous contact with stations to guarantee targets

Qualificações

▪Academic degree at 12ºAno level

▪At least 2 years + experience (preferably in a similar position or at the same industry)

▪Advanced solid Excel skills

▪Solid Google knowledge skills

▪High English level
