Job Description

Summary

The Fleet Planning Coordinator will administer various functions of the Fleet Planning department contract duties including reviewing, processing, implementing, and compliance monitoring. The Coordinator will be involved in collaborating with other stakeholders for the development and execution of various types of aviation contracts. Additionally, the role will require the collection, evaluation, reporting, and presenting of fleet specific data to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years in contract administration, administrative support, or accounting.


•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

•Effective communication with all levels of management and employees, both internal and external.

•Ability to collect, evaluate, report, and present data to leadership.

•Effective critical thinking and problem solving skills to analyze complex information and develop plans to address identified issues.

•Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment.


Preferred Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.

•Experience in the management and monitoring of contract activities.

•Understanding of process improvement methodologies.

•Knowledge of general commercial aviation, particularly with the Airbus 320 and Boeing MAX family aircraft.

•Understanding of airline and aircraft records and documentation.


Job Duties

•Manage all documentation procedures and ensure all contract documentation is up to date.

•Administer lease, sale, and professional services procurements, contracts, and budgets.

•Maintain project data and manage required documents in department systems.

•Initiate and track external audits for aircraft leases.

•Update reports and analysis on miscellaneous subjects, as requested.

•Prepare for execution of commercial lease, purchase, and sale documents/contracts.

•Assist Accounting and Finance teams in creation of and payment monitoring on purchase orders.

•Process vendor payments.

•Prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously across various ongoing projects.

•Model Allegiant's customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction.

•Other job responsibilities as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.


Essential Services Provider
