What You'll Do Here
The Flexer Experience Associate II is responsible for aiding in the empowerment of workers (Flexers) and helping to affirm their experience with Indeed Flex. The objective of the role is to help in providing consistent and robust engagement that will contribute to the overall Flexer Experience strategy as well as the broader business. Your work will seek to aid in an outstanding experience, aiming to grow worker retention and advocacy.
You will use a combination of engagement models, material creation tools, technology, and communication techniques to engage, inform, and provide an overall excellent experience for our Flexers. Having a kind, fun, engaging, and patient personality is key. You will need to use the Flexer Experience strategy to execute on the Flexer experience plan in a world in which needs are constantly changing.
Austin (hybrid) preferred, although the position could be US remote for the right person. You will report directly to the Flexer Experience Manager and may eventually report to another Flexer Experience Manager as the team grows.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Understand the overall Flexer Experience strategic plan, how your role fits in, and follow plans to meet objectives
- Support the execution of the Flexer Experience Communications & Change Management, Learning & Development, Research & Insights, and/or Loyalty (Rewards & Recognition) programs
- Seek guidance on challenging conversations and situations to support the team and Flexers
- Aid in updating learning materials, communications, reporting, and/or programs to engage Flexers
- Help deliver sessions or send communications to internal and external audiences as needed
- Gather feedback and understand what went well, areas for improvement, root causes, and collaborate with others to make improvements as needed
- Support onboarding, shift operations, Flexer support, payroll, etc; leverage and learn current practices and processes and provide relevant feedback to the team for improvement opportunities

Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and rapidly scaling environment
- Understand how to deliver responsibilities related to strategic experience/engagement plans
- Basic knowledge of learning, communication, reporting, and/or appreciation/reward models
- Basic knowledge of working with data to create and deliver effective communications through tools such as Braze, Tableau, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- Strong capabilities to command and engage audiences in virtual, as well as in-person environments to deliver training
- Ability to gain an understanding of the Flexer experience and act as a voice to those individuals within assigned objectives
- Passionate about employee engagement, user experience, and the customer lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
- Emotional resilience in a fast-paced, ambiguous, but friendly working environment
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, to collaborate effectively, build rapport quickly, and earn trust of internal and external stakeholders, employees, and customers
