Position Details • Schedule:Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (hours will vary daily) • Hours:30–40 per week • Weekend Availability:Saturday and Sunday required • Service Area:Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties • Pay:$20.00–$22.00/hour • Job Type:Full-Time Perks & Benefits • Company truck and all cleaning equipment provided • Gas card provided • Supportive team environment Position Summary The Janitorial Floater will ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained by following established cleaning and safety protocols. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Follow cleaning and safety procedures in all assigned areas • Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment (buffers, burnishers, stripping, waxing) • Clean restrooms, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, remove trash, and organize spaces • Track and manage cleaning supply inventory • Perform floor care, including terrazzo floor maintenance • Work alternate schedules as needed • Lift and move up to 50 lbs • Perform other duties as assigned by the Account Manager Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of floor technician experience • Previous janitorial/custodial experience in commercial environments • Skilled in buffing, stripping, and terrazzo floor care • Knowledge of sanitation and environmental service best practices • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Experience: • Commercial cleaning: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: • Day Shift (Required) • Night Shift (Required) Work Location: On the road
