As aNight Floating Janitor, you will play a crucial leadership role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises, while overseeing and supporting janitorial staff across multiple building locations. This role requires the candidate to have flexibility, as you will have a different work assignment/building location daily. You will be responsible not only for ensuring high-quality cleaning services but also for guiding, motivating, and assisting janitorial team members throughout your shift. his position is ideal for individuals with prior janitorial experience who are adaptable, flexible, and ready to take on the responsibility of supporting multiple buildings within a well-established company.
