Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Flutter Developer to join our tech team. You will be responsible for developing high-performance cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using Flutter. As part of the team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver excellent user experiences and continuously optimize app performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Development
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Implement high-quality UI components, animations, and responsive layouts based on design specifications.
• Feature Implementation and Optimization
• Integrate backend APIs to enable complex functionalities.Continuously optimize code performance to enhance app stability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular testing, debug applications, and improve user experience.
• Collaboration and Innovation
• Work with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional applications.
• Collaborate with the backend team to ensure smooth data interaction and functionality.
• Participate in requirement analysis, provide technical feasibility insights, and contribute to product improvement.
• Research and Knowledge Sharing
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem trends and technologies, driving innovation and improvements within the team.
• Suggest enhancements to development workflows and tools to boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in the Flutter framework and Dart language, with prior experience in successful Flutter projects (preferably deployed).
• Familiarity with cross-platform development principles, reactive programming, and Widget usage.
• Expertise in state management tools such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Strong experience in integrating APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs) and utilizing third-party libraries.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and testing tools in Android Studio or Xcode.
• Soft Skills
• Strong coding practices and experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently deliver quality modules.
• Team player with good communication skills, willing to share knowledge and drive team growth.
• Bonus Qualifications
• Experience with Flutter Web or desktop app development.
• Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or payment gateway integration.
