Flutter Engineer, Senior (m/f/d)

About the role:

We are in search of a self-motivated, solution-oriented and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Affinidi Elements team. In this role, you will work with global peers on teams dedicated to areas of the product portfolio, from the product, design, infrastructure, architecture, and back/front-end engineering teams. You will be responsible for building high-quality multi-platform application where your expert technical skills will intersect with passion and customer obsession providing the best user experience.

What’s in it for you:

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) 
• Develop secure, well-tested, performant multi-platform (web, mobile, desktop) applications using Flutter framework 
• Actively collaborate with globally distributed teams of engineers, designers and product managers

You will be a great match if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of web/mobile development experience with recent experience in developing apps using Flutter;
• Have strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart and a deep understanding of its ecosystem, including state management, widget libraries, and asynchronous programming;
• Have strong experience in production development using Flutter;
• You are an expert in web development using JavaScript/Typescript based frameworks (preferably React);
• Have experience with performance and optimization problems, and demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent such problems;
• Have production experience in using various web development techniques including web sockets, web workers and service workers;
• Have strong experience of building user-friendly, responsive, efficient, and world-class user experience;
• Care about privacy by design, security, testing, high-performance systems.

Bonus points if you:  

• Have experience in using Kotlin/Java for native Android development and/or Swift for native iOS development. Other languages and frameworks (Node.js, C#, C++, Golang, Rust for example) are also attractive skills for this role.
• Have experience with WebAssembly
• Have a good understanding of cryptography.
