Private Practice seeking a BE/BC primary care physician to join one of the fastest growing physicians owned and lead teams in the area. Join a team that focuses on collaboration!

Opportunity:
• Join a well established department of over 20+ providers (including APP's)
• Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine; in office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging and other diagnostics
• One year track to shareholder status
• Minimal call (only 2-3 weekends annually)
• Large specialty consultation base and teaching opportunities with two FM residencies & IU School of Medicine

Compensation Details:
• Lucrative guaranteed base salary with RVU bonus potential and recruitment incentives. Earning potential over $300K
