A premiere FQHC group located in gorgeous San Jose, CA is seeking a talented and compassionate FM Physician or FNP to join their dynamic team.

Practice Details:
• Outpatient primary care working with a diverse patient population
• Joining a team of 3 other FM Physicians and a number of APP's
• Monday - Friday schedule with NO call
• Averaging 15-20 patients per day
• Walking into an established panel with a great community reputation that's been in the area for over 50 years!
• H1-B's accepted

Compensation and Benefits:
• $250,000 - $260,000 base pay (Physician) or $160,000 - $180,000 base pay (FNP) with quality bonuses and sign on/relocation bonuses available
• Eligible for the State Loan Forgiveness Program and the HRSA Loan repayment program
