A mission-driven, not-for-profit hospital in West Texas is seeking a Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics to join a well-established, highly supportive practice. This full-scope position offers C-section capability, optional endoscopy, and the opportunity to supplement income with hospitalist shifts all in a close-knit, family-friendly community.

Position Highlights:
• Join a supportive team of experienced Family Medicine, FM-OB, and OB/GYN physicians, plus APP support
• Opportunity to perform scopes and pick up optional hospitalist shifts
• Modern clinic attached to the hospital no off-site travel
• Guaranteed base salary of $330,000 with incentive potential to earn $450,000+
