About This Role:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for completing the intake process, educating clients and their representatives, monitoring and documenting service delivery on an on-going basis, and managing a full caseload of clients with high level of customer service.

**This position has the flexibility to be 100% remote**

About You:

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Minimum one year experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
  • Experience working with Waivered Services and/or PCA is a plus
  • Ability to organize and prioritize 
  • Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, confidentiality while working in a fast-paced office environment, independently and as a team member.
  • Advanced skills in the use of office technology, including MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Word Excel and Outlook
  • Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services
  • Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
