Summary
This position is located at the SCHOFIELD BOWLING CENTER.
We will be hiring for this position at the MWR HAWAII Job Fair Tuesday, JUNE 25th 2024.

Conditions of Employment
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
- Must meet state/local age (18) requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages.
- Certificate of Medical Examination is required.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
- Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Must be able to wear kitchen safety and food preparation personal protection equipment such as face masks, hair restraints, gloves, and slip resistant shoes.
- Applicant must be able to work with cleaning detergents and sanitizing chemicals.
Qualifications
1. Must meet state/local age (18) requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages.
2. Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
3. Must be able to keep things neat, clean, and in order.
4. Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques.
5. Possess the ability to interpret verbal and written instructions.
6. Knowledgeable of basic sanitation principles.
7. Possess the ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment.
8. Must have the ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds, and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach.
