Food Safety Supervisor - University of Washington

Job Description

ARAMARK at Husky Stadium is looking for a Hourly Food Safety Supervisor who will oversee and routinely conduct inspections throughout Husky Stadium to ensure safety and sanitation procedures and regulations are maintained and compliant to ARAMARK standards and state / local laws.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee food safety and sanitation procedures for Concessions at Husky Stadium for 4-6 hrs. during football games
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain compliance with ARAMARK standards & state / local laws
• Educate / coach operators during routine visits on food handling practices.
• Lead Safety Briefs at Pre-shift huddles with employees on safe behaviors
• Establish, develop, and maintain alliances with regulatory partners

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of food safety experience
• Knowledge in food safety (Retail Food Code) is required
• Serv Safe certified
• REHS/RS or CP-FS credential is a plus
