Jim Koons Automotive Companies is seeking a Parts Counter Person for our Baltimore Ford location. We

We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of Ford experience.

What will you be doing as a Parts Counter Person:
 Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts
 Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed
 Look up parts using electronic parts catalog system

 Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders
 Handle phone calls and orders with customers and vendors
 Follow Privacy and Information Safeguards rules and procedures
 Maintain a clean work area and help with general housekeeping
 Other duties may also be assigned

 Proficient in email and basic computer skills
 Must take direction well and follow through entire task
 Must be able to perform other duties when assigned.
 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
 Some heavy lifting is required.
