Job Summary:
Manage import customs operation on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Coordinating procedures across functions for the import management to ensure the execution of compliant shipments and foster a cooperative atmosphere towards customer service.
Monitoring special programs of import accounts; assisting in the obtaining and preparing all necessary documentations in related logistics business.
Perform import declarations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
Parameterize systems related to foreign trade to optimize processes.
Deal with intervening agencies, such as the Federal Revenue Service, Ministry of Agriculture, and others, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Establish and maintain relationships with ship owners, ports, and airports, facilitating transportation logistics.
Assist the transportation team in the logistics of cargo to the factory, ensuring process efficiency.
Coordinate activities with customs brokers and other agencies, ensuring smooth operations.
Know the legislation of special regimes and apply this knowledge daily.
Coordinate activities in the area, measuring performance KPIs of external people who support the process.
What You Have - Skills and Experiences:
Negotiating and Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner. Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Accuracy, Attention to Detail and Problem Solving: Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex activities.
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Internal Resource Coordination: Analytical capacity to measure and improve performance KPIs. Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives.
Import: Experience in Foreign Trade area, with in-depth knowledge of customs regulations. Knowledge in foreign trade systems and management tools. Knowledge of issues, procedures, tools and practices of importing; ability to import goods from international locations. Knowledge of transportation; ability to transport materials and goods from suppliers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and customers.
Logistics Management: Knowledge of the processes, tools and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials; ability to understand, predict and control the movement of goods, materials and supplies.
Basic requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Logistics, or related areas.
Pre Advanced English.
