Foreman Electrician

About us Electric Art, Inc. is an electrical contractor that specializes in the new construction of multi-residential buildings in Southern California. For almost 20 years, Electric Art has provided outstanding electrical work to residential general contractors. We are looking for talented electricians to join our team. The Electrician Foreman must have 7 years of residential experience. Responsibilities: - Install electrical systems and equipment in residential buildings - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings - Collaborate with other tradespeople and communicate with the superintendent - Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations - Ability to submit an RFI Experience: - Foreman Electrician - Minimum of 7 years of experience in the electrical trade - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, wiring methods and underground - Familiarity apartment buildings, boxing roping, finish, electrical rooms and lighting control - Ability lead a team and work Note: The employee may perform other related duties as necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Ability to commute/relocate: • Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: • Residential (multi-family): 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
