Withum Cyber is currently seeking a Forensics and eDiscovery Senior Manager or Principal to be based out of the NYC Metro area or NJ. As a Senior Manager or Principal on the Cyber/Information Security leadership team, you will help lead the Digital Forensics, and eDiscovery sub practice within the Cyber/Information Security practice and report to the Market Leader.

How You will Spend Your Time:

• Setting the strategic direction of the sub practice aligned to the overall vison for the cyber/information security practice.
• Contributing to business development efforts, take ownership of final deliverables, and manage the client relationship.
• Building relationships internal to the firm with partners in other service lines to establish collaborative go to market strategies
• Building relationships with current and potential clients, drafting, and presenting proposals, participating in pitches, and demonstrating firm capabilities to potential clients and strategic alliance partners
• Engage in expert witness preparation and testimony as needed
• Effectively planning and managing projects, including supervising and being accountable for the work of other team members
• Independently conceptualizing and identifying issues, designing complex solutions, and overseeing client deliverables including directing all quality assurance efforts
• Acting as a point of contact for clients and assisting in the presentation of our conclusions and recommendations
• Providing strategic insights to leadership team regarding market trends, service offerings, budget, and staffing changes
• Creating, leading, and maintaining a leveraged team environment that is positioned for continued success and expansion by actively recruiting and retaining employees, and managing team morale
• Directing project team members on project scope, deliverables, and deadlines
• Leading and participating in practice, office, and corporate initiatives
• Providing written sworn statements regarding your work.

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

• We seek candidates who have 12 or more years of relevant work experience
• A track record of proven project and team management skills
• An advanced degree in a related field of study
• Forensic certifications such as “CFCE, GCFA, GCFE, CSFA, or CCE” are highly desirable
• Candidates should possess prior consulting experience and/or testimony experience
• Candidates must have the ability to conduct a forensic investigation beginning to end and report out results to clients.

NYC ranges are from $140,000 - $200,000
