Under direct supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy. Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which include various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Two-year degree and 1 year's work experience preferred. Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification. Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed. Entry level position. No previous experience required.

The Waste Management Coordinator is responsible for waste management activities and support for field and facility operations and/or processing, loading, and shipping activities. Specific duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to, inspecting waste storage containers and facilities, characterizing waste, and ensuring compliant handling and documentation of solid, liquid, hazardous, explosives, and/or mixed

• Under general supervision, responsible for ensuring hazardous and non-hazardous waste is correctly packaged and disposed of
• Provides waste-related field/facility operations including processing and/or loading activities
• Ensures proper documentation and handling of solid, liquid, hazardous, explosives, and mixed
• wastes
• Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements associated with safety, environmental, inspection, packaging, and transportation activities in relation to waste management
• Inspects waste storage areas and containers and serves as point of contact regarding waste management issues.
• Responsible for record management relating to storage area inspections, waste profile forms, disposal requests, shipping paperwork, and waste characterization information.
• Works in conjunction and communicates with logistics providers to arrange collection and shipments of waste
• Semi-frequent forklift operation
• Assists with the preparation and distribution of shipping documentation and manifests
• Communicates regularly and proactively with internal stakeholders regarding status of waste shipments and compliance
• Participates in and leads audits and assessments, this may include self-assessments, internal audits, and regulatory agency audits

• High school diploma required
• Two-year degree and at least 1 year work experience preferred
• Ability to speak and write English
• The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required
• Novice to intermediate computer skills is required and SAP knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience with handling, characterizing, packaging, and/or transporting solid, liquid, hazardous, explosives, and/or mixed wastes is preferred
• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws/regulations relating to the handling and management of solid, liquid, hazardous, explosives, and mixed wastes is preferred
• Specialization in hazardous waste management is preferred
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently within set deadlines
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and work with internal customers and with Federal, State, and local agencies
