Your future team

Be part of a small but mighty team, producing, collaborating, and distributing forms and documents utilized in the establishment and maintenance of retirement accounts. This position will require attention to detail in managing multiple projects at one time including minor updates to a single form, creating new forms, or coordinating global updates to many forms at one time. All while balancing the requirements to different digital platforms and required deadlines.

The role reports directly to the Manager. This employee works closely with other team members, as well as multiple internal departments (Relationship Management, Operation Teams, and Broker Dealer Management Members, Marketing Communications, IT Partners, Legal and Compliance). This position is a remote.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years' experience in Desktop Publishing/Graphic Design preferably using Adobe InDesign. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects & global updates as either a team lead or contributor. Prior experience in writing and proofing material for design consistency and compliance with graphic standards.
  • Moderate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and resolve moderately complex form problems. Take appropriate action to escalate highly complex problems, as needed.
  • Able to work within a team environment and individually self-motivated. Preferably with cross-functional communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional beneficial.
  • Perform administrative tasks to effectively maintain project tracking and inventory library. Develop and maintain department documentation in an approved format.
