As the Founding Capital Lead at Arc, you'll play a pivotal role on our founding Capital team. This is a high-visibility and impactful position, working directly with Arc’s Head of Credit, Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO, allowing you to be an instrumental member of our lean but growing team.

🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here:

• Productize Capital platform, working alongside EPD across new account onboarding, data analysis, origination, and loan management automation.
• Manage competitive lender processes including identifying potential partners, managing virtual data room, negotiating term sheets.
• Support client onboarding, underwriting, and origination process.
• Drive Loan Portfolio Management.
• Work closely with Originations team to identify expansion opportunities.

🌟 What You Bring:

• Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting and/or experience at a FinTech or Asset Manager.
• Exceptional excel/financial modeling skills, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight.
• Analytical aptitude with keen attention to detail and insatiable curiosity to learn.
• Strong self-management, drive and organizational skills with ownership and pride in your work and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment is essential.
• Collaborate in strategic planning with finance, risk, engineering, and other functions.
• Ownership mentality, bias for action, highly motivated, strong work ethic.
