Your Role

As a founding engineer (Full-stack with a focus on Frontend), you'll play a key role in bringing our visionary product to life. You'll take full ownership of the software development cycle, working closely with our technical founders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Co-developing our product and turning Figma mockups into beautiful, functional React components.
• Collaborating on defining requirements and creating both short- and long-term plans to achieve our product roadmap.
• Ensuring our software meets the needs of a diverse user base through iterative development and user feedback.

We believe in high-trust relationships. As a founding engineer, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the product from the ground up.

Qualifications

• React
• TypeScript
• UI Components: Ability to turn Figma mockups into React components

Bonus

• Client-side-heavy Apps: Experience with highly interactive web applications
• Full-Stack: Comfortable with Backend development
• E2E Testing: Proficient with test frameworks like Playwright/Cypress

Extra

• Docker: Skill in writing and optimizing Dockerfiles
• SQL: Knowledge of SQL and related concepts (foreign keys, constraints, ACID guarantees, etc.)
• Auth Services: Familiarity with Firebase
• Next.js: Mainly used for Client-Side Rendering (CSR)

Compensation & Ways of Working

• Salary of €70K - €110K EUR with significant equity
• We work primarily from a nice office in Berlin with some home office days
• We are an experienced, small, and agile team with a huge mission
