Founding Senior Talent & People Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing channels, including but not limited to cold outreach, social media, and referrals
• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various roles across the organization, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and values
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process
• Create a seamless and world-class onboarding experience for new hires
• Drive employee engagement and retention through people operations initiatives, including performance management and learning and development 
• Manage and administer company-wide health and financial benefits
• Act as a brand ambassador and champion our culture both internally and externally

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a startup or tech environment with a proven track record of hiring top talent and delivering on hiring goals
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and sourcing techniques
• Passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, especially in a hybrid environment
• High initiative and motor – able to bring order to chaos and drive solutions with speed and autonomy 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS tooling in addition to mastery of the Google Suite
