We are looking for an experienced Talent & People Partner to join our world-class team. As our founding US-based recruiting and people ops partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with our leadership team to attract, hire, and retain top talent as well as lean into important people ops work like onboarding, compensation strategy, and learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of top talent through various sourcing channels, including but not limited to cold outreach, social media, and referrals
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various roles across the organization, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals and values
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Create a seamless and world-class onboarding experience for new hires
- Drive employee engagement and retention through people operations initiatives, including performance management and learning and developmentÂ
- Manage and administer company-wide health and financial benefits
- Act as a brand ambassador and champion our culture both internally and externally
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a startup or tech environment with a proven track record of hiring top talent and delivering on hiring goals
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and sourcing techniques
- Passion for creating an inclusive and diverse workplace culture, especially in a hybrid environment
- High initiative and motor – able to bring order to chaos and drive solutions with speed and autonomyÂ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS tooling in addition to mastery of the Google Suite
