Introducing Everyday Agents, a stealth startup backed by four top venture funds that is reimagining the way we travel. Everyday Agents is building an AI-powered Travel Concierge (currently in private beta) that simplifies the process of discovering, planning, and booking trips, all in one app. It intuitively understands your preferences, assists in uncovering stays, activities, and dining options, and supports travelers throughout their journey, from exploring potential destinations to accommodating last-minute changes during a trip. The Role: Founding UX/UI Designer

As the Founding UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of our design and product development efforts. Your role is pivotal in pioneering and leading our research, prototyping, testing, and visual design initiatives. Your work will ensure that our design and product decisions are deeply rooted in user insights, thereby strengthening the user-centric foundation of our founding team. You will be tasked with imagining entirely new interactions between AI Agents, Consumers, and interactive User Interfaces, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a vision for how the product looks and feels overall. You will be ideating and designing new ideas that enable travelers to create exquisite, personalized trips. Your expertise in creating holistic products will be crucial in launching delightful experiences that people will love. Your work will directly impact the way travelers, their friends, and their families experience their journeys.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Brings deep consumer expertise:

• Is an expert at zero to one: 

• Is a generalist who spikes in UX: You’re a respected designer and product thinker that has mastered your craft and will help establish foundational practices for discovery, research, testing & validation, IA, IXD, UI/UX, and yes, brand. You’ll have help in areas you need backup on, since no one can do all these things alone.

• Leads by doing: A leader who prefers to lead by doing. You can’t resist the urge to practice your craft by rolling up your sleeves and working alongside your team to unlock creativity

• Loves getting in early: This is a founding role with the opportunity to expand our beta offering and launch our full product to consumers within months. You’re excited about taking responsibility for how our overall product looks, feels, and solves problems for travelers.

Bonus Criteria

• You’ve been a founding designer or early designer on a successful consumer product

• You bring domain expertise from the travel & hospitality industry 

• You have experience in marketing & brand design

• You have a trusted network of specialist collaborators in research, design, storytelling, or marketing 

Total compensation & pay transparency

The compensation package for this role is meant to align with top Series-A companies and includes:

• Cash Compensation: The expected total cash compensation for US employees in this position is $160K - $220K.

• Equity: As a founding designer on the team, you will be granted significant ownership in the company

• Health Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents

Compensation Range: $160K - $220K
