1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (master’s preferred).
2. Proven track record of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting FoxPro applications.
3. Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, preferably in the context of IT projects or modernization initiatives.
4. Strong proficiency in systems engineering concepts, including system analysis, design, and architecture.
5. Knowledge of claims systems or government projects is advantageous.
6. Experience in technology selection, integration, and validation.
7. Experience creating scripts (e.g., using Perl, Ruby, Python) and setting up software for automation.
8. Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring.
9. Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
10. Supervise a project’s systems engineering events as performed by the technical team.
11. Monitor, organize, and manage a project’s tasks.
12. Assess and calculate the technical features of a project plan to ensure that the systems engineering procedures are operating correctly.
13. Implement and maintain the computer systems so they are compliant with the organization’s guidelines or SOP (Standards Operating Procedure).
14. Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure.
15. Establish, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
16. Evaluate existing systems and provide technical direction to IT support staff.
17. Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements.
18. Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
19. Formulate and design the security system to maintain data safety.
20. Focus on workflows, optimization methods, and risk management tools for given projects.
21. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
22. Relevant certifications in systems engineering or related domains are a plus.
