Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Planning & Analysis Teams develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control. They perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. They gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. The Financial Planning & Analysis Teams also perform economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

What your background should look like:

岗位简述:
Prepare and check FP&A accounting reporting, assist FP&A manager on monthly closing with target of ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, accounting principles and standards within TE's corporate policies and procedures.

工作内容:
1. Planning and Budgeting
1) Annual budget preparation
2) Monthly forecast preparation
3) Track weekly forecast variance.
In order to provide accurate and timely reports.
2. Financial Reporting/Analysis
1) Prepare monthly cost related report (including monthly actual, master file, loadtrend and bridge etc. ) .
2) Highlight risks and opportunities.
3) Analyze impactors for MV variance, G/M analysis, material productivity gap vs Procurement etc.
In order to comply with corporate policies and improvement accuracy.
3. B/S Review
1) Prepare and review by month
2) Aging tracking and push to clear pending issue case
In order to comply with corporate policies.
4. Other assignment
1) Fast response to ad-hoc and urgent tasks
2) Provide data for relevant government survey/Government subsidy

岗位要求:
1. College diploma, major in finance and accounting
2. 5 years finance experience in manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in using office software, excel, word and PPT etc.
4. Good knowledge and experience in SAP
5. Moderate English, both writen and oral.
