The company chose Panama as being best suited to establish its new Global Business Services (GBS) operation center. This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC's strategic and business objectives. Position Overview
The Solutioning Regions Specialist is an entry level position is designed to support on the development of FP&A activities (Retail Sales specifically) for both, Regional Office and affiliates. This includes retail sales upload and other transactional activities. Also, this position will support Sr Analysts/Analyst in other operational activities. Minimum stakeholder exposure.
Qualifications
Key responsibilities:
- Support Sr Analyst/Analyst to monitor Retailers performance across the company.
- Support Sr Analyst/analyst to generate strategic insights and analysis.
- Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)
- Seeks process optimization opportunities.
Knowledge/Experience
• Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 0.5 Years of experience.
• Fully bilingual, English and Spanish
Role Specific Competences
• Results Oriented.
• Good Stakeholder Management skills.
• Self learner.
• Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level.
