FP&A Analyst

This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Troy, MI.

Summary:

This position is a key member of Financial Planning & Analysis Staff, supporting management, including the assessment and communication of financial results.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis for management reviews
• Develop and update various financial presentations
• Analysis and development of the consolidated financial forecast/business plan, including financial statement enterprise modeling and analysis (I/S, B/S and CF) and supporting portfolio analysis
• Consumer Connectivity Finance lead partnering with Sales, PC&L driving process improvements related to sales reporting, pricing, budgeting and forecasting
• Hyperion Planning/Essbase project subject matter expert with respect to revenue
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management or related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Finance experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional financial modeling and analysis skills
• Prior planning/reporting, operations analysis and budget/forecast experience
• Balance sheet, cash flow and income statement model consolidation experience required
• Knowledge and application of sound accounting principles
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Must be proficient with computers and demonstrated skills in office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Master's Degree
• SAP or Hyperion experience
• Experience in automotive industry
