FP&A Analyst
Job Description
About You
You will focus on analysis of our financials to executive leaders and the board of directors. Also, you will help support various aspects of the month end close process, help prepare our monthly financial results and, build annual budgets and monthly forecasts. You are autonomous, familiar with accounting & key operational metrics, and have an ability to work as an FP&A business partner with internal departments.
You enjoy working on projects autonomously and are internally disciplined to deliver accurate results. You are considered an excel expert (can perform complex functions) and have a curious mindset that finds answers; and experience understanding data, identifying patterns and creating solutions. You will report to the FP&A Manager.

What you will do:
- Help forecast, annual budgeting, operating expense analysis, headcount analysis and other ad-hoc analysis or special projects
- Support process related to potential acquisitions and other strategic investment plans
- Manipulate and analyze raw data to frame questions, analysis and meaningful and unbiased decisions for executives / team members to make informed, efficient decisions
- Work as a partner with internal departments and hold monthly department reviews with the leads to improve accuracy of forecast and understand variances
- Be a liaison for relevant important projects, and help develop and track implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and field
- Identify opportunities to improve net income through top line revenue increases or cost savings
- Provide strategic support to Executive team and departments
- Additional ad hoc reporting to support financial decision-making
What will you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on FP&A or investment banking experience
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and budgeting analysis
- Familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics
- Experience analyzing data and using findings to influence decision making
- Extract insight from data and translate into applicable plans
- Advanced Excel skills - demonstrated experience with pivot tables, complex formulas, and ability to work with large datasets

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
