General Description

Equiscript is seeking a Financial Analyst who will drive the FP&A activities of the organization. Reporting to the Sr Financial Analyst, this role will assist management with strategic decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and long-range business planning. The right candidate will be inquisitive, will problem solve and partner with our controller and all other department constituents, and will be hyper-focused on the company results and providing valuable insight for opportunities missed based on thoughtful analytics.

Key Responsibilities
|

Create and/or maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting package
-
Analysis and reporting of actual results vs budget, forecasts, prior periods
-
Strategic alignment with department heads for the preparation of budgets and forecasts
-
Update a rolling forecast monthly to align with the overall budget strategy or new, known variables that would impact the yearly plan.

Maintain and amend revenue model that incorporates pharmacy mix, operational metrics, and known variables to properly forecast revenue on an ongoing basis

Develop KPI reporting for Pharmacies, clients, and Equiscript

Develop ROI models to justify large expenditures and projects

Ensure that long-range business plan targets and milestones are on track

Create & maintain a cash flow forecast to determine cash availability and needs

Ad-hoc analysis as needed by management

Preferred Experience
|
-
3+ years of experience in a FP&A role or position-related field
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.

Experience and proficient PC skills (Outlook, Microsoft Apps, web-based programs, Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred, excel)

Work with ERP systems a plus - Equiscript currently uses NetSuite
-
Work with integrated reporting systems a must (e.g. Hyperion, Equiscript currently uses Solution 7 that integrates Excel with NetSuite)

Knowledge in writing SQL queries a plus

Pharmacy / Specialty Pharmacy experience a plus

340B knowledge from health center, pharmacy, administrator, or consulting a plus
