The Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be an integral member of the FP&A group for Worldwide Headquarters group. You will be responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to help drive business decisions at the corporate level. You are responsible for building, maintaining, updating, and modifying financial models that serve as the tools for management to make strategic decisions. In addition, you will be working and communicating with local finance teams around the world.

What is the work?

• Assist in the review and analysis of the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Assist in the development and creation of executive management presentations.
• Review monthly and quarterly reporting and interpret key impacts to be communicated amongst the FP&A team.
• Develop analysis and tools to monitor KPI's and track key business metrics.
• Ensure accurate and thorough reporting to manage P&L and Balance Sheet metrics.
• Utilize internal databases to build key business reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Collaborate with other members of the Worldwide Headquarters Finance group, including local finance teams in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, Latin America, and North America regions.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting to drive financial results and/or based on immediate need.

Experience that contributes to your success:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate finance and or FP&A.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in financial modeling and excel (macros a plus).
• Experience in Visualization deployments (Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• Experience in financial reporting systems (SAP BFC, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Dissatisfaction with status quo; always looking for a better way to accomplish goals.
• Ability to work independently and/or part of a team to complete multiple projects on time.

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
