FP&A Analyst

Role Overview:

This position will report to the Sr Director of US Financial Planning & Analysis. This role is a key member of the team and is responsible for supporting our B2B business partners with reporting, modeling, forecasting and analysis. There’s a clear path for growth for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, with attention to detail and the ability to highlight the most important business topics

• Maintain and refine revenue models and G&A cost forecasts

• Develop, refine and maintain a range of models supporting our Sales and Account Management Team

• Support business partners by answering high-priority, highly analytical questions to drive better understanding of business performance and to identify areas of opportunity.

• Work with business owners to develop accurate projections, and track actuals against budget

• Work with data team to ensure accuracy of reporting

Requirements: 

• BS/BA Degree and track record of strong academic performance

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a financial planning, investment banking, or management consulting role

• Strong Excel capabilities

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Adept at working under pressure and within short time constraints

• Independent and proactive work style with inquisitive demeanor

• Superior communications (both written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
