FP&A Analyst

Role Overview:
This position will report to the Sr Director of US Financial Planning & Analysis. This role is a key member of the team and is responsible for supporting our B2B business partners with reporting, modeling, forecasting and analysis. Thereโs a clear path for growth for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:ย
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports, with attention to detail and the ability to highlight the most important business topics
Maintain and refine revenue models and G&A cost forecasts
Develop, refine and maintain a range of models supporting our Sales and Account Management Team
Support business partners by answering high-priority, highly analytical questions to drive better understanding of business performance and to identify areas of opportunity.
Work with business owners to develop accurate projections, and track actuals against budget
Work with data team to ensure accuracy of reporting
Requirements:ย
BS/BA Degree and track record of strong academic performance
2 to 3 years of experience in a financial planning, investment banking, or management consulting role
Strong Excel capabilities
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Adept at working under pressure and within short time constraints
Independent and proactive work style with inquisitive demeanor
Superior communications (both written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills
