Who We Are:

Dusty Robotics is the leading solution to ensure design integrity in the field through automated layout and a streamlined BIM-to-field process. Dusty delivers a combination of hardware, software, and services that fit seamlessly into existing construction work processes by printing digital models directly on the jobsite floor with 1/16" accuracy based directly on Revit or AutoCAD models. Dusty has enabled contractors to print over 100 million square feet of layout across thousands of buildings and is trusted by leading general contractors such as DPR and Skanska as well as trade contractors in framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

As we enter a dynamic growth phase, we are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team and help build our financial infrastructure from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first internal FP&A hire, playing a key role in establishing efficient processes, driving financial planning, and ensuring strategic decision-making excellence. We are looking for someone passionate about financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, eager to contribute to the foundation of our organization's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Budgeting: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and manage monthly and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Financial Reporting: Provide insights on financial performance through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and regular financial reporting to leadership.
  • Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-making and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Experience in strategic financial reporting and supporting executive decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Where You'll Work:

Dusty’s offices are located in Mountain View, CA. You will be primarily working from our office in this role full time to facilitate rapid coordination with executive leadership and business teams.
