DMi is looking for a FP&A Analyst to support operational, strategic, and financial decision-making at the senior management level. At DMi, financial planning and analysis includes financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling to support the financial health of an organization. You will work on the accounting and finance team and work directly with senior management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
- Build and manage financial databases by organizing and analyzing various data sources.
- Prepare financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and presenting information.
- Build and maintain a corporate financial model that details the companyโs operations and projects future performance.
- Build budgets and forecasts of future company performance for different business units and consolidate them into one master budget. Analyze previous budgets and forecasts and perform variance analysis to explain discrepancies.
- Evaluate new projects and investment opportunities by preparing financial and strategic plans.
- Analyze past financial performance, preparing competitor analysis, examining market trends, and interpret analysis for management.
- Collaborate with senior management, heads of departments, and other key leadership figures.
- Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required.
WHAT WEโRE LOOKING FOR:
- You are exceptionally analytical and skilled in applying your mindset to your work.
- You have financial modeling and presentation skills to represent the analyzed data and effectively communicate an analysis to management.
- You have knowledge and practice in excel and ERP software used for keeping the books of accounts.
- You are a strategic decision-maker.
- You are quick learner and absorb operations of new industries quickly
- You are skilled at math and attentive to small details that may influence analysis reports.
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Salary range: 80-100k
