Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support the Division functions, in particular the IT organization and the financial analysis and evaluation of our SAP implementation. This role will forecast and track all of our investments across the implementation, IT and all other digital transformation initiatives. This role will fill a critical need in working across all of our functions in developing business cases to ensure delivery of financial returns of all initiatives in this space.

This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Fabrics functions (HR, Legal, etc) in forecasting and reporting of period costs
  • Be responsible for providing financial support to the IT organization as well as the digital transformation team
  • Create monthly reports and metrics to track all investments and headcount across all functions
  • Lead and coordinate all value realization activities and analyses associated with the implementation of SAP in partnership with business leadership and the Fabrics FP&A analyst team
  • Create robust business cases that justify all investments across IT, digital transformation and the SAP implementation
  • Provide ad hoc support to Division FP&A Leader on various monthly and quarterly tracking

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting/US GAAP
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to comfortably interact across functions and teams globally
  • Advance capabilities in financial systems; preferably SAP
  • Ability to travel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Prior FP&A experience in a global manufacturing business
  • Experience working with SAP S4 Hana
