THE OPPORTUNITY (AKA: Why you want this role over any other out there)

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role will partner with our GTM leadership to develop accurate forecasts, guide financial decisions and provide insights. 

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE:

• Provide support GTM FP&A team leaders
• Create and maintain reporting and analysis for management and team leads
• Deliver detailed analysis of historical financials and variance explanations, along with reports that track budget trends and forecast future needs
• Provide decision support analysis
• Partner with the business and FP&A leads to provide analytical support for ad-hoc projects related to workforce planning, personnel expense, monthly budgets, and other items
• Improve and optimize the financial processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in Finance
• Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem-solving
• Advanced Excel modeling skills
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
• Understanding of Accrual-Based Accounting
• Well organized and goal oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
• Intellectually curious, self-starter who is not afraid to seek out projects independently
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Adaptive experience strongly preferred

This position is US Remote, with quarterly travel to Redwood City, CA.
