FP&A Analyst Mexico

What are we looking for?

• +3-4 years in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, …)
• Minimum Qualifications – Bachelors degree in accounting, administration or similar qualification
• Preferred Qualifications – Advance degree in accounting, administration or other similar qualification

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Coordinate local financial calendar to give financial visibility to the business considering all P&L to support management team to achieve financial targets
• Ensure all management reporting for PN Mexico (including Distribution Model)
• Generate insights and challenge status quo related to financial KPIs generating actions to improve overall performance
• Period close activities, including management reporting with insights, ad-hoc analysis and requests from Global stakeholders
• Prepare and be part of the S&OP Step 4 bringing business diagnosis & trends to allow proper decision-making;  coordinate with local S&OP team, Supply Finance and Overheads Coordinator to ensure process deliverables and correct financial shapping
• Coordinate team to ensure AEP and RePlan inputs to ensure deliverables timely and with quality
• P&L scenario modelling to evaluate different triggers to mitigate risks or capture opportunities
• Perform ad-hoc analysis depending on market current situation, including innovation feasibility
