FP&A Analyst - New Grad

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing Finance team. You will be responsible for providing senior management and executives with analysis and reporting needed to inform financial, operational and strategic decision making. Additionally, the FP&A Analyst will serve as a liaison between departments for both planning and analysis. 

 How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and presentations to measure financial performance and to inform budgeting and forecasting
• Perform variance analysis of performance vs budget and forecast; identifying variance drivers to inform future decision making 
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain rolling forecasts and projections including supporting schedules 
• Analyze department spending and recommend necessary actions
• Support annual budgeting process 
• Assist in the month end close process 
• Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy 
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for management/executives as required

Experience You Bring

• Bachelor's degree specializing in Finance, graduating December, 2023
• Internship experience
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
