Job Summary:

Sharecare is looking for an FP A Analyst to be a key member of its Enterprise FP A team. This position will support the financial and business planning activities of various units throughout the organization with hands-on forecasting, budgeting, billing, analysis, data management and reporting. The position will provide finance support for various markets and will assist with monthly revenue and cost entries, billing, monthly reporting and more. The position reports to the Manager, FP A.

*This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Essential Job Functions:

* Work with Finance lead and department owners and other areas within the company to establish and develop budgets and monthly forecasts. This includes the development of underlying assumptions and coordination of planning activities within assigned areas of responsibility.
* Perform monthly close duties which may include but not limited to revenue and cost accruals, cash forecasting, allocations, preparation of monthly financial decks, etc.
* Update and maintain forecasts in the budget and planning system (Oracle NetSuite/PBCS) and maintain off-line models to support the budget and forecast.
* Review monthly results to isolate key drivers of differences vs. budget and prior projection. Provide FP A Manager and department owners with meaningful variance analysis.
* Use forecasting system (Oracle NetSuite/PBCS) to develop and maintain standard monthly reports and customized ad-hoc reports as needed by the FP A team and department owners.
* Oversight and management of the monthly billing, collections, and revenue recognition process for assigned clients.
* Develop and execute controlled and efficient financial processes and procedures.
* Complete other ad-hoc assignments related to internal customer requests.

Requirements

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

* Detail-oriented, self-starter who is assertive and disciplined.
* Ability to interact with business owners and work through financial concepts using strong analytical and communication skills to achieve a high level of customer service.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Excellent procedure development, process improvement and implementation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and process information into meaningful financial analysis and concise presentations to management.
* Ability to positively manage change and multiple priorities in response to shifting demands. Can identify where change is needed and work through ambiguous situations.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of relevant and progressive corporate finance/FP A experience.
* Undergraduate degree required. Finance, Accounting or Business-related degree preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of GAAP and all aspects of general accrual and cost accounting.
* High degree of proficiency in MS Office-Excel and PowerPoint.
* Systems experience with financial reporting system such as Oracle NetSuite/PBCS preferred but not required.
* Experience in health-related industry is a plus, but not required.
