How will you make an impact

The FP&A Associate will work closely with the fund leadership team to drive the firm’s mission of growing new ventures by:

• Ensuring that our portfolio companies adhere to the highest standards of accounting rules and regulations, maintaining accurate financial records and reporting practices.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities at the fund level, including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to develop and maintain financial models, providing guidance and support as necessary.

What you will bring to the table

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm.
• Understanding of accounting rules, with the ability to ensure compliance with GAAP. Experience in financial statements preparation, audit support and internal control.
• Proficiency in financial planning techniques including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. Able to develop comprehensive financial models to support decision-making.
• Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, preferred.
• Ability to build operational processes and establish and meet ambitious KPIs.
• Solid analytical, strategic, and data based problem-solving skills.
• Absolute English fluency.
• Good compatibility with EST time zone.
• Affinity for joining a high-performing team that values collaboration, expectations of excellence, candor, and deep-analysis.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a leading institution
• Experience with Venture Capital is a plus
