FP&A Finance Manager
Job Description
Ibotta is seeking an FP&A Finance Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role will play an integral part in the success of our business by partnering with key stakeholders to drive profitable growth. Through supporting & enabling revenue expansion and managing expenses we can meet our financial goals and expectations for the company.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Lead FP&A initiatives for one of our key business units (Marketing, and/or Revenue), acting as a subject matter expert and advisor
Coach, mentor and develop a small FP&A team of individual contributors
Conduct analyses and reporting, including monthly financial analysis, variance analysis, pipeline analysis, and summaries of business unit financial performance
Supporting the pricing team with analysis and insights to achieve our financials goals
Continuously develop, innovate and elevate analysis and reporting to key stakeholders
Participate in annual planning / budgeting processes as well as frequent re-forecasting under the Finance team’s leadership
Promote an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies
Create and deliver a variety of Investor, Senior Leadership and Board deliverables
Understand the creation of Business cases and the translation of them into financial and strategic decisions

What we are looking for:
5-7+ years of experience in Finance with 1+ year of people management experience required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field
Technical Skills: G Suite, Advanced Excel, excellent financial literacy and modeling capabilities
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and communicate with staff across all levels, functions, and external constituencies
Ability to think strategically and leverage analysis from models to aid in decision makingÂ

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, and equity.
Base compensation range: $120,000-$160,000. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. This range does not apply to Canada or Mexico. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base compensation.
