What you will do
We are looking for a FP&A manager to perform complex analyses to support and measure enterprise results and effectively manages financial planning projects and resources to ensure project success. You will work with independence, interact regularly with business and corporate management to consolidate and analyze quarterly forecasts and plans, monthly financial results and key financial indicators. Performs competitive analyses, researches industry trends and develops recommendations for management. Prepares written and graphical financial information to support executive communications to internal stakeholders, the Board of Directors, Institutional Investors, and Rating Agencies.

What you will do

Performs competitive analyses, researches industry trends and develops recommendations for management. How you will do it
- Instinctively recognizes inconsistencies in financial data and initiates and manages the appropriate corrective action.
- Calculates/measures progress towards executive compensation targets.
- Acts in a consulting role with corporate department leaders, demonstrates understanding of the financial analysis process and applies that knowledge to developing cost effective analyses and recommendations.
- Maintains dialog with executive management and business financial personnel to identify and evaluate evolving business issues.
- Manages special studies and analyses on an independent basis, assuming responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the studies/analyses.
- Prepares materials for internal reviews, Board of Directors meetings, quarterly earnings releases, and analyst presentations.
What we look for:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational corporations with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual who can thrive in ambiguity, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels, including senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
- Problem solver with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Ability to listen effectively, evaluate the most critical elements, and communicate with team and management on an open and timely basis.
- Working knowledge of Excel/Power Point/Word is a must.
- Experience working with HFM and/or OneStream is a must.
