About the Role
The Manager Corporate Planning plays a critical role in leading core processes across the FP&A team. This position is responsible for the administration and strategic roadmap for forecasting tools including Workday/Adaptive to ensure processes, tools and reporting reflect a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment. This position will work across FP&A to ensure that goal, forecast and actuals are accurately captured and presented to C-level management.

Day To Day
- Serve as the system expert and admin for Workday and Adaptive for FP&A, including ability to develop and write reports and dashboards and make system updates to reflect a changing business
- Develop and execute vision for future system enhancements and capabilities in partnership with Workday/Adaptive to drive additional process efficiencies and insights
- Evolve tools, systems and reporting as our business continues to grow and change with new lines of business
- Drive core goal, forecasting and actuals processes across FP&A including the coordination of deliverables and roll up of consolidated and product line level P&L's for management reporting
- Develop and refine month and quarter end reporting packages to highlight key trends and insights to drive discussion and action with management.
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years FP&A experience
- 3+ years financial planning system admin experience
- High proficiency in Microsoft office, especially excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead core processes across a hybrid team
- Strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy in reporting
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required
- Cadence to consistently deliver results on time and a willingness to learn quickly
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to swiftly pivot as needed
