Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a data analytics background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Risk function’s financial planning and analysis activities, as well as developing and implementing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have an understanding of financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance and business insights.
- Develop and implement analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Manage a team of financial analysts, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- SaaS experience preferred
- At least 3+ years of experience with experience in data analytics and modeling
- Financial planning and analysis strongly preferred
- Experience with SQL and Tableau a plus
- Ability to interpret complex financial data
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and analysis software
