FP&A Manager

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager with a data analytics background to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Risk function’s financial planning and analysis activities, as well as developing and implementing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have an understanding of financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance and business insights.
• Develop and implement analytics and data-driven insights to support business decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage a team of financial analysts, providing coaching and guidance to drive performance.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements.
• Manage ad-hoc projects as required to support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• SaaS experience preferred
• At least 3+ years of experience with experience in data analytics and modeling
• Financial planning and analysis strongly preferred
• Experience with SQL and Tableau a plus
• Ability to interpret complex financial data
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning and analysis software
